A Little more about Your Party by Karen


My discriminating clients find that my years of experience and expertise are invaluable, as I provide expert lifestyle advice in all areas of the hospitality field. I work wherever my clients want to be, and I guide them through their planning journeys in an innovative and unique way, customized only for them.

I connect my clients to the finest vendors that best meet their visions, their personalities, and their styles; my events have been called magical! They range from elegant weddings to spectacular Bar and Bat Mitzvah parties, as well as milestone events such as birthday parties, anniversary parties, rehearsal dinners, galas, graduation parties, etc.

Whether your style is classic or modern…my work is tasteful, original and inspiring, and is always executed with meticulous detail!

a little about Myself

I graduated from the University of Florida with a BS degree in Advertising. I have over 25 years of experience as a planner (both media and social events).
I am married with two wonderful children who have successful careers, so I am able to stay current and run my business full-time.


My services are provided through my company, Your Party by Karen, LLC. I am a member of WIPA (Wedding International Professionals Association), and my events have been featured online and in print in theknot.com, Southern Celebrations Magazine, the Celebration Society Magazine (formerly Occasions Magazine), The Mitzvah Market, and Two Bright Lights.


Whatever the occasion, as ‘project manager’, I have the experience, knowledge, and perseverance to work with a multitude of clients to create an array of successful events. As your event producer, you’ll find my demeanor to be calm, open, and playful; yet serious when the time calls for that.


I am creative, organized, and extremely prepared which makes for a super effective planning partner.
